About Us

In February 2004, Busselton Land & Estate Agency was purchased by: Principal John Krikken and partners Chris Roe and Robyn Ramirez. John has worked in Real Estate for the past 24 years with his previous employer,  and Robyn for 19 years also. 

Chris Rigoll has now joined the business and we look forward in having him as our new director/licensee. 

They feel that they have built up a wealth of knowledge in the industry and the local area over the years and can provide people with a great service. 

Terry Riley, one of the sales reps has built up quite a clientele over the years and is looking forward to a long and successful career catering to the needs of his clients old and new.

 Busselton Land & Estate Agency’s Property Managers Naomi McLean,  & Monique Helm who handle all of the properties and enjoy meeting the tenants and owners. 

In Office Administration we have Ashlee Larsen who helps with sales and listing admin, advertising and general office duties. Ashlee also assists James Pearce with Reception. 

All of our staff are very special to the company and we feel with a good working environment we can provide a friendly, yet professional service.
